There must be a mistake somewhere. 1934 m/h during 22+ minutes is way too much on 10%. Unless there was gale force wind - favorable of course.
Assuming no wind, I get 6.67 W/kg (I calculated for 67 kg).For Vayer Std 70 kg cyclist, that is 467 watts, i.e. the very top ever registerd for that duration.
